Simple booking process
Use the booking form to select an available treatment, date and time.
A £20 online deposit is required to confirm and secure the appointment. The remaining balance is paid at the clinic by cash or card.
Once the booking form has been completed, an automatic email will be sent confirming your booking details.

Private clinic
The SAF Clinic is based in West Bromwich / Wednesbury and serves clients across Sandwell, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
The exact clinic location will be provided through WhatsApp once the booking has been confirmed.
Mobile appointments incur an automatic additional £25 fee within 5 miles of The SAF Clinic, plus £1 per mile for every mile beyond the initial 5 miles. Location and availability will be confirmed through WhatsApp.
Short-notice / ASAP appointments are subject to availability and incur an additional £50 on top of the treatment or package price. The SAF Clinic is not an emergency medical service.

Changes to bookings
A full refund of the £20 deposit is available when an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the £20 deposit being retained.
To cancel or rearrange an appointment, contact The SAF Clinic through WhatsApp. Cancellation instructions will also be included in the booking confirmation email.
