Book an Appointment
To book an appointment at The SAF Clinic, all clients must first complete the Consultation and Consent Form.
Consultation-first process
Provide the required information so that treatment suitability can be reviewed before booking.
Once the consultation form has been completed and processed, an automatic email will be sent containing the private booking link and password.
Use the private booking link and password from the email to select an available treatment, date and time.
A £20 online deposit is required to confirm and secure the appointment. The remaining balance is paid at the clinic by cash or card.

The SAF Clinic is based in West Bromwich / Wednesbury and serves clients across Sandwell, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
The exact clinic location and any mobile appointment arrangements will be provided by The SAF Clinic through WhatsApp once the booking has been confirmed.
Changes to bookings
A full refund of the £20 deposit is available when an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the £20 deposit being retained.
To cancel or rearrange an appointment, contact The SAF Clinic through WhatsApp. Cancellation instructions will also be included in the booking confirmation email.
