Payments
A £20 online deposit is required to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is paid at the clinic by cash or card.
Cancellations
A full refund of the £20 deposit is available when an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being retained. Contact The SAF Clinic through WhatsApp to cancel or rearrange. Instructions will also be included in the booking confirmation email.
Mobile Appointments
Mobile appointment location, travel cost and availability will be discussed and confirmed by The SAF Clinic.
Short-Notice Appointments
Short-notice appointments are subject to availability and include an additional £50 fee on top of the selected treatment cost.
The SAF Clinic is not an emergency medical service.
